You can tell that Dean actually uses the techniques described in the book. Section B in the book, which starts on page 10, does an excellent job of explaining how to address low FICO scores and other credit issues. In Step Four, starting on page 84, he lists eight key websites for finding properties that can be purchased at a discount to fair market price.Step Six, starting on p.121. has 40 pages loaded with really good and novel negotiating strategies.I strongly recommend this book!!!
