I originally bought this just for the figures. We are doing a Lion Guard theme for my son's 3rd birthday and this was the only set I have found with more hyenas than just Janja. It also has Kion's sister, Kiara, which we didn't have either. There are 12 figures. The figures are a good size for coming with a book and are painted well. It does come with a paper playmat which I don't anticipate lasting us long because my toddler is already stomping all over it. But for now he loves setting everything up on the different scenes. I have heard him yelling "Oh no, there are hyenas in the pride lands!" so it is encouraging pretend play. The book itself is cute and introduces a lot of the characters and back story from the movie and show. Definitely a great purchase if you have a Lion Guard fan!Product details

My son loves these little figurines they are small but really fun for smaller kids they won't eat them!
Arrived ahead of time time as described. My daughter loves it, great item.

For any parent that has been looking for the Hyena's to complete their child's Lion Guard set look no further....we have searched high and low for these darn things and this is the only set that has them. This also comes with a Simba, Timone and Pumba. Our three year old's are beyond excited to have a Janja!
This was great for my son's restaurant survival bag. The book itself isn't that great, but the small figures are perfect for a restaurant table. And a set of figures this complete is hard to find anywhere else for this price. Why don't any other sets include the hyenas? This one does!!!!
